Jeff Dimick, President
Jeff currently serves as president of ACE Educational Foundation, Inc. an Alternative Clean Energy project. In the Fall of 2012, he began working with Mark Wiley of TCG Global to explore the possibility of developing a fully commercial scale coal to liquids facility in Parkersburg/Vienna, WV to provide an alternate source of revenue for OVU operations.
Jeff joined Ohio Valley University's administration team in June 2012 and served as the Executive Vice President until January 2018. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics/Computer Science from Oklahoma Christian University and a masters degree in Mathematics from Oklahoma State University.
Jeff currently serves or has recently served on the following boards: Oklahoma Christian University, Mid-Ohio Valley Chamber of Commerce, Parkersburg Actors Guild, Blennerhassett District Council for the Boy Scouts, and Manos de Esperanza (a non-profit paying for the education of children in El Salvador).
Dr. Dan Blair, Vice President
For over 30 years, Dr. Dan Blair has been leading performance improvement initiatives. He began his work life as a summer-time clerk typist for the Department of the Army, and then served in the United States Air Force. For two decades, Dan dedicated his talents to the Hewlett-Packard Company, where he led several important initiatives, including the development of HP’s first worldwide training management system. At OVU, Dan established the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and currently serves as the Dean of the College of Business. He holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degrees, and a doctorate from the University of Southern California.
Mike O'Neal, Treasurer, Secretary
Dr. Mike E. O'Neal was named the fifth President of Oklahoma Christian University on January 18, 2002. A native of Hugo and Antlers, OK, and an alumnus of Oklahoma Christian, Dr. O'Neal took office June 15, 2002, after a 26-year career with at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. On May 1, 2012, he became President Emeritus. Dr. O'Neal attended Oklahoma Christian from 1964-1966 before completing his degree in accounting and business at Harding University in 1968. He earned his juris doctorate from Stanford University in 1974.
Dr. O'Neal has extensive experience in Christian higher education, having served Pepperdine University from 1976 to 2002 as general counsel and vice president for finance and administration before being named vice chancellor in 1991. Over the years with Pepperdine, his office was instrumental in raising in excess of $250 million. Dr. O'Neal served on the faculty of Harding University from 1974-1976 as an assistant professor of business administration and planned giving officer.
Erica Cameron, Financial Manager
Erica Cameron received her Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio Valley University in the spring of 2003. During her tenure at OVU, she was a member of the softball team where she served as captain for two of the four years. Her love and passion for the sport has continued as she is now a youth softball coach for her daughter’s rec team.
Erica’s business background includes obtaining the prestigious designation of Certified Public Accountant. She spent several years in the public accounting world as a senior accountant. She then went back to Ohio Valley University to serve as the University’s Financial Controller. It was during this placement, that she obtained a sincere love and appreciation for Christian education. In addition to her work as Financial Manager of the ACE Educational Foundation, Inc. she is also pursuing an accounting career within the federal government.
Erica lives in Parkersburg, WV with her husband, Chris, and children, Tyler and Addison, whom keep the family quite busy. Her and her family are all active members of the Grand Central Church of Christ in Vienna, WV.
Mary Salas, Project Management Assistant
Mary is a native of Bogota, Colombia who has been in the United States since the Fall of 2011. During these years Mary has received two Bachelors of Science from Ohio Valley University, one in Mathematics and the other one in Energy Management and Production Engineering. While studying at Ohio Valley University Mary was part of the Women’s soccer team for four years as a player and one as a Graduate Assistant.
Since August 1, 2018 Mary started working for ACE Educational Foundation, Inc as their Project Management Assistant; in this position Mary has been in charge of different mini projects within the company including the construction of a greenhouse in Vienna, WV for which a loan from the MOVRC was recently approved. Mary’s future plans include to get a Masters in Economical Finance, have a family, travel, and get to play more soccer for fun.
Jason Nulton, Manager, Strategic Business Initiatives
Jason is a retired US Air Force Lieutenant Colonel and logistics officer who grew up near Gaithersburg, Maryland. He was commissioned in 1995 from West Virginia University, earning a degree in Political Science with a focus on international relations. He also holds a master’s degrees in Human Resources Development and Transportation. In his military capacity, he has served on four continents on nine active duty assignments, holding numerous leadership positions including two squadron commands where he managed over 450 people and budgets worth $400 million. In addition, he has logged deployments throughout Eastern Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, including the Persian Gulf and Afghanistan. Jason retired from the Pentagon in July 2015 and now lives in Parkersburg, West Virginia. He is happily married with two kids.
Dave Williams, Construction Specialist
Dave Williams has always been around construction, serving as a sheet metal journeyman for 32 years, and owning/operating his own heating, ventilation, and cooling (HVAC) business. He attended West Virginia University at Parkersburg, then transferred to WVU-Main Campus in Morgantown, graduating in with a BA in Mathematics, then MA in Mathematics Education in 2000. He then combined his love of construction with his passion for numbers and business analytics, and taught for several years back at WVU-Parkersburg before making his way to Ohio Valley University in 2015 to continue teaching. Dave lives in Elizabeth, WV with his wife Angie and their morkie Benji. Together they have put three daughters through WVU.
